Hi, I’m Kally Joanne, a life coach and psychotherapist specialising in helping people transform their mindset to transform their lives. I’ve walked the path of food guilt and body shame and I’ve learned how to reclaim peace and freedom. Now, I help others do the same. This mentorship is my passion project, designed to help you step into the version of yourself who feels empowered, free and whole.

How much time will I need to dedicate each week?
You can expect to spend 1-2 hours per week on coaching calls and additional time practicing mindful eating techniques in your daily life. The experience is designed to fit into your schedule without feeling overwhelming.
