The Waxing Gibbous moon phase is about refining and adjusting your life vision & goals and setting new positive beliefs — not through pressure or perfectionism, but through presence. It’s your moment to adjust & to ask, “Does this still feel right for me?”
We’ll explore how to overcome overwhelm and refine your goals from a heart-led place, release old expectations, and open yourself to new, positive beliefs — the kind that support who you’re becoming, not who you were.
And of course, I'll include a mini meditation to reconnect with your heart, quieten your mind, and return to ease. 🌙💚

Because balance doesn’t come from having it all figured out — it comes from allowing your heart to lead, especially when your mind feels scattered or overwhelmed.
In today’s episode, we’re diving into how to refine your goals and life vision to release the need for perfection, and create from a place of calm clarity and heart-led alignment. You’ll leave today feeling lighter, more connected, and clear on your next aligned step. 💗
I used to set goals that looked perfect on paper but didn’t always feel aligned for me. I’d push myself, overthink every step, and end up exhausted instead of empowered.
It wasn’t until I started aligning my goals with my aligned energy & choosing what truly felt right rather than what looked right — then everything began to shift. My work, relationships, and energy all began to reflect the changes I was making.
That’s the beauty of this Waxing Gibbous phase — it’s not about chasing more, but fine-tuning your path so it feels right for you.
The Heart Chakra — or Anahata — is the fourth energy centre, located in the centre of the chest. It bridges the physical and spiritual realms, connecting the lower chakras of stability and action with the higher chakras of truth and intuition.
Its Represented by the colour green, it governs love, compassion, forgiveness, and emotional balance. When balanced, you feel open, peaceful, and connected — both to yourself and to others. When blocked, you may experience loneliness, resentment, or fear of vulnerability. Healing the Heart Chakra involves self-love, gratitude, breathwork, and acts of kindness — allowing positivity to flow freely in all directions. 💚
This Waxing Gibbous Moon phase is about opening your heart to refinement and alignment — tuning into your life vision and goals with compassion, releasing the things that no longer align with your life, nurturing what feels loving and true, and creating space for your desires to bloom from a place of love and self-acceptance. It’s about setting new, positive beliefs that support your emotional well-being, connection, and inner peace, so your life flows with ease, authenticity, and heart-centred clarity. 💚
Mini Meditation: Heart Chakra Alignment & Refinement
Lets take some time now to do a mini meditation
Find a quiet, comfortable space and gently close your eyes if its safe to do so. Take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale, releasing any tension from your shoulders, jaw, and chest. Place your hands over the centre of your chest — the home of your Heart Chakra.
With each inhale, imagine a soft, emerald-green light glowing and expanding in your heart space. Feel its warmth, openness, and nurturing energy. With each exhale, release any heaviness, judgment, or pressure you’ve been carrying — the need for perfection, the worry about doing enough, or the fear of not being seen.
Now, bring your attention to your life vision and goals. See them clearly in your mind’s eye, — allow them to flow naturally. Ask your heart: “What feels aligned? What needs refining?” Listen quietly. Let your intuition guide you to small, adjustments that feel authentic.
Silently repeat:
✨ I am open to love, clarity, and heart-led guidance.
✨ I release the things that no longer serve me and nurture what aligns with my true self.
✨ My life unfolds with ease, grace, and joy.
Take a few more deep breaths, letting the green light radiate through your entire body. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, carrying this sense of calm, clarity, and heart-centred alignment with you into your day.
Today choose one area of your life or routine that feels out of alignment. Instead of overhauling everything, ask your heart: “What feels good to adjust?” It might be as simple as adding a morning walk, saying no to an extra commitment, or reworking a goal that feels forced.
Affirm with me:
I release perfection and embrace progress.
My goals align with ease, not pressure.
I am grateful for how far I’ve come already.
Ask yourself: “What am I ready to release that no longer feels aligned with the life I’m creating?”
Try this Mindfulness Heart Reset Ritual
Tonight, take five quiet minutes just for you.
Sit somewhere comfortable, place one hand over your heart, and take three slow, deep breaths.
With each inhale, imagine breathing in soft green light — calm, compassion, and peace.
With each exhale, release tension, self-judgment, or anything that feels heavy.
Now, think of one thing that went well today, no matter how small — a smile, a kind word, a moment of stillness.
Affirm to yourself:
✨ I am proud of myself for showing up.
✨ I am open to love and alignment.
✨I am grateful for everything I have and everything good that is on its way to me
Let that be your energy as you drift into rest.
Now you may be asking, 'what if I don’t have time to refine or reset — I’m barely keeping up as it is.”
That’s exactly why this phase is so powerful — refinement doesn’t require big effort. It’s about small, heart-led shifts that bring you back into balance. Sometimes, it’s as simple as choosing ease over productivity for one evening.
And if fear comes up? That’s okay. Fear is just your ego trying to protect you. Acknowledge it, thank it, and remind yourself — your heart knows the way.
Our hearts often hold old stories — beliefs that quietly shape how we see ourselves and the world. These limiting beliefs might sound like: “I’m not enough,” “I have to do it perfectly,” or “I don’t deserve this.” While they may have once served a purpose, today they can block your growth, your joy, and your ability to live fully.
The Waxing Gibbous Moon invites you to refine and adjust your inner landscape. Take a moment to notice one belief that no longer serves you. Ask yourself: “Is this thought helping me create the life I want?” If not, it’s time to gently replace it with a positive, heart-led belief.
For example, transform “I’m not enough” into “I am worthy of love, success, and ease.” Replace “I have to be perfect” with “I grow and thrive through what i can do right now
Reframing is not about ignoring challenges — it’s about choosing thoughts that empower, nurture, and align with your heart. Each time you consciously shift a belief, you open space for love, clarity, and growth to flow freely into your life
