Days 19-21 are all about embracing your radiance, reclaiming your confidence and stepping fully into your next chapter.

Day 19: Mirror Work – See Yourself, Love Yourself

Mirror work is a powerful self-love practice where you look into your own eyes and speak words of kindness, love, and encouragement. It rewires your self-perception, helping you to truly SEE yourself beyond the heartbreak, beyond the pain.


💡 *Action Steps:*

1. Stand in front of a mirror, look into your own eyes, and say:

- *I see you. I love you. You are enough.*

2. Write affirmations on your mirror (lipstick, sticky notes, or whiteboard markers work wonders!).

3. Each time you pass the mirror, smile at yourself—yes, even if it feels awkward at first!

- What words of kindness do I wish someone else would say to me? Can I say them to myself?

Day 20: Glow Up Day – Radiate Confidence

Your glow-up is not just about appearance—it’s about **energy**. This day is all about doing things that make you *feel* good, inside and out. Because when you feel good, you shine differently.


💡 *Action Steps:*

~ Move your body – dance, stretch, do yoga, go for a power walk.

~ Hydrate, nourish your body, and do one thing that makes you feel amazing (face mask, sauna, hair mask, mani-pedi).

~ Wear something that makes you feel powerful and radiant

~ Get a new hair cut ready for tomorrows big makeover

It’s time to step into your new self - not as someone who is healing from heartbreak, but as someone who is fully owning their power.


💡 *Action Steps:*

1. Fully makeover yourself and make yourself feel great! Get dressed like you are stepping into your best life, with your new hairstyle, bold outfit and fresh energy.

2. Plan an “I’m back” moment - go somewhere, meet people, do something new!

3. Step out with confidence and take up space. You are here to shine!
