I created this journey because I’ve been there too.


There was a time when I was juggling everything — my career, my relationships, my responsibilities — while secretly feeling exhausted and disconnected from myself.


I sometimes thought balance meant doing more — another to-do list, another productivity hack — but what truly changed everything was learning to listen to my body, to flow with natural cycles, and to heal my energy from the inside out.


That’s how my podcast was born — not from perfection, but from awakening.

And now, I want to help you experience that same shift — where balance feels natural, intuitive, and deeply mindful.

This season is all about mindfulness, and reconnecting your energy with the moon phases — because when you move in harmony with nature, life stops feeling like a battle and starts feeling more calm


You’ll learn how each lunar phase can help you to create a balanced lifestyle as well as mindfulness practices - guiding you through grounding, empowerment, love and connection.



Each episode will include a short guided meditation

Let’s begin with a mini grounding meditation for this moment.


Take a deep breath in through your nose… and out through your mouth.


Feel your body soften into this moment.


Imagine a golden light rising from the base of your spine — in your Root Chakra — grounding you into the Earth.


As you breathe in, the light travels upward — through your sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown — connecting you to the moon’s glow above.


You are safe.

You are balanced.

You are ready to receive.


Take one more deep breath… and smile softly.
