Have you ever had that kind of morning? You’ve got a million things to do, your motivation’s gone, and you’re already overwhelmed and overthinking everything before your day’s even started. Yep, I’ve been there too. And today, I want to share a quick reset that turns those mornings around — so instead of spiralling, you actually end up feeling in control again. Think of this as your 3-minute reminder that overwhelm doesn’t have to run the show.


What if those chaotic, overwhelming mornings weren’t the end of the world… but the start of something better? What if the meltdown wasn’t proof that everything’s against you, but actually the reset button you didn’t know you needed?


Those messy mornings — they don’t decide the rest of your day. You do. And with the right reset, those “bad” things can become the very moments that shift you back into balance.

I’ve been there — the mornings where everything feels too much. your motivation’s nowhere to be found, and before it’s even lunchtime you’re already overwhelmed and ready to quit the day. But here’s what I learned: it’s not about pretending those mornings don’t happen — it’s about reframing them so they work for you instead of against you.


Uncontrollable things don’t have to ruin your day — its your response to them that either drains you or transforms you.


Try this reset when life feels messy: The minute something goes wrong, say out loud: “This is happening for me, not to me. Something better is on its way.”


Also Ask yourself this:  What challenge in my life right now could actually be preparing me for something better?


Maybe you're asking: What if it’s too hard to stay positive?”


Sometimes it is in the moment but that’s why we can learn to reframe our overthinking & overwhelm & not repress it.
